Dawn Davidson
With a robust background in design and homebuilding since 1983, Dawn currently showcases her skills at 800 COAST in La Jolla, California.
For more than 40 years, Dawn has designed and built beautiful and thoughtful homes locally and beyond. Dawn has a passion for classic architecture and has been involved in several historic renovations throughout her career. She has been recognized with hundreds of awards and accolades including being inducted into the San Diego Homebuilders Hall of Fame, the California Homebuilders Hall of Fame, and “BALA”, The Best in American Living National Homebuilders Hall of Fame. In 2021, Dawn was honored with the esteemed Max Tipton Award, acknowledging a visionary leader’s pursuit of creative ideas and innovations, while contributing to the advancement of the building industry through the consistent sharing of knowledge and mentoring of others.

Bill is a seasoned homebuilder with over 45 years of experience, having built more than 6500 homes in California. He is a an honored member of the San Diego Homebuilders Hall of Fame and the National Homebuilders Hall of Fame.
Passionate about historic preservation, he has restored significant properties, including the 1921 Amy Strong Castle and the 1910 Canfield Wright House, as well as contributing to the rehabilitation of the first La Jolla library.

Bill has been in the homebuilding business since 1978 and has built over 6500 homes throughout Southern and Northern California. He has been recognized with awards and accolades over the years including being inducted into the San Diego Homebuilders Hall of Fame, the California Homebuilders Hall of Fame and just recently, the National Homebuilders Hall of Fame.
He has a passion for historic homes and restorations. He restored the 1921 Amy Strong Castle at Mount Woodson in Ramona, the 1910 Canfield Wright House in Del Mar, the 1894 Ulysses S. Grant Jr. House in Bonita, and orchestrated the rehabilitation of the first La Jolla library located on The Bishop’s School campus in La Jolla.
